Abstract

Malaria is an age-old mosquito-borne disease still causing significant mortality and morbidity every year, majorly in the developing world. Apprehensions have been raised in certain quarters that there can be associations between cancer and human malaria. Malaria has also been linked with several cardiovascular diseases.
